Job summary

Konecranes is seeking an Agreement Sales Representative to drive growth in agreement-based services and new business opportunities. You will focus on targets, prepare compelling offers, and manage the CRM to support informed decisions.

Responsibilities include renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly quotas. A bachelor’s or associate’s degree and 2+ years’ sales experience are preferred; cranes background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years in service-related sales.
• Experience meeting quotas and CRM funnel targets.
• Good written and verbal communication; strong PC skills.
• Experience with cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development.
• Prepare offers for agreements and other new business opportunities.
• Support agreement renewals per retention policy.
• Refer opportunities for other products to other sales resources via sales cases.
• Maintain CRM records of visits, calls, meetings, and quotations.
