Job summary

Toffler Associates is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead strategic client projects, including work across NOAA within the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research. You will guide planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement while delivering complex solutions that create value for government and commercial clients.

The role requires 5+ years in federal project management, experience with agile teams, and the ability to obtain a top-secret clearance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal contracts or project teams.
Experience with managing support services for high-performing agile teams.
Must reside in or commute regularly within the Washington, DC metro area; hybrid on-site/virtual locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee project portfolios, budgets, grants, and schedules.
Coordinate with NOAA modeling, observations, and testing initiatives.
Provide strategic insights that contribute to business development.
Ensure high-quality outputs that drive client success and organizational impact.
Identify opportunities the client may not see through broad organizational scanning.
