Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal contracts or project teams.
• Experience with managing support services for high-performing agile teams.
• Strong background with interdisciplinary teams, academic partners, and scientific/analytical modeling enterprises.
• Must reside in or commute within the Washington, DC metropolitan area; hybrid work.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain top-secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or Agile program management in a federal scientific modeling enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolios, budgets, grants, and schedules.
• Coordinate with NOAA modeling advancements, observations, and testing initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality outputs that drive client success and organizational impact.
