Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Agency Partnerships Strategy & Operations to own the day-to-day strategy and operations for our Agency Sales channel. You will drive the JBP process, revenue reporting, and an operating rhythm with agency holding companies such as Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, and more.

You'll partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to unlock growth, build GTM materials, and guide quarterly planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading agency JBP end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.
• Proven ability to build revenue dashboards and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize quarterly/annual planning for the Agency channel.
• Develop dashboards and rhythm for WBR/QBR to track performance.
• Identify incremental growth opportunities with agency partners.
• Create agency-facing GTM narratives and decks with marketing and Sales.
• Coordinate with Product on roadmap needs for agency customers.
