Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Agency Partnerships Strategy & Operations, to own day-to-day strategy and operations for the Agency Sales channel. You will drive JBP, revenue reporting, and an operating rhythm with Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal to unlock incremental revenue.

You’ll collaborate to identify growth—activation, non-endemic revenue, and co-marketing—while building GTM materials and leading cross-functional initiatives across a fast-growing sales channel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations, sales operations, or partner management; ad tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agency JBP process end-to-end for major holding companies — economic modeling, deal construction, internal alignment, negotiation support; post-signature progress tracking.
• Drive the Agency WBR/QBR operating rhythm: dashboards, forecasting, incrementality methodology for leadership view.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify incremental growth: new advertiser activation, non-endemic revenue, co-marketing, and expansion of agency products.
• Build agency-facing GTM materials with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Serve as S&O point of contact for cross-functional partners on credits, contracting, measurement/verification, and data partnerships.
• Own quarterly and annual planning for the Agency channel: goals, OKRs, reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with Product on agency roadmap and communicating what’s shipping and why.
