Job summary

School of PE is seeking a proactive Partnership & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator in the United States to grow our affiliate and referral programs, engage educators and industry partners, and optimize campaigns for revenue growth and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in affiliate marketing or B2B partnerships, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM tools, Shopify, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and performance marketing concepts.
• Experience with B2B outreach and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or marketing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
• Experience with Shopify and HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage partner organizations and influencers.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow affiliate partners.
• Coordinate co-marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage referral program and incentives.
• Track performance with dashboards and data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns.
