Job description

Every innovative product, critical system, and life-changing structure begins with an engineer who first had to pass a professional licensing exam. School of PE exists to make that leap possible. We prepare aspiring and working engineers across disciplines - from mechanical to electrical, civil to chemical - to earn their credentials and advance their careers. Our customers are individual engineers looking to get licensed, as well as corporations (engineering firms, government agencies and universities) who are looking to upskill and retain talent through access to licensing. If you’re energized by growth, experimentation, and a “students-first” culture built on honesty and respect, School of PE may be your next best career move.

The Impact You’ll Make

Partnerships and affiliates play a key role in acquiring new customers through our ecommerce experience. We work with individuals and companies in our space to promote our products to their audiences, and they are rewarded via commission and/or discount to their audiences. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow this program through acquiring new partners/affiliates and strategically managing this channel. This role will be responsible for acquiring new partners/affiliates, managing a growing relationship with all involved in the program, and optimizing for revenue growth and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate has a background in marketing, is motivated by driving incremental sales and activating programs, is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working with both data and external partners in a fast-paced environment. You don’t need to come in with all of these skills, but you need to want to learn how to build this channel to drive meaningful growth.

What You’ll Lead

Drive partnership growth by identifying and engaging organizations and influencers who have a built-in audience around engineers, initiating outreach, building strong relationships, collaborating on co-marketing strategies, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.

Affiliate Program Management

Oversee and grow the affiliate program by recruiting and onboarding partners, optimizing performance and campaigns, driving engagement through promotions and incentives, and ensuring brand alignment and compliance.

Referral Program Management

Manage and grow the referral program by overseeing execution, recruiting and engaging participants, tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, managing incentives, ensuring compliance, and aligning efforts with broader business goals.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance to identify trends and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights while maintaining accurate dashboards and summaries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to align initiatives with business goals, coordinate campaigns and content, and provide insights to strengthen partnership strategy.
