HEICO Aerospace is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Operations & Purchasing Lead to oversee daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing for our repair operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting where accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement drive cost savings and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or operations experience.
• Experience in a repair, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Manage purchasing of parts, tools, and supplies and monitor vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to prioritize material needs.
• Track inventory trends and optimize stocking strategies.
• Develop and improve warehouse and purchasing processes.
