Job summary

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or logistics, and is a team player committed to operational excellence.

You will manage shipments, verify documents, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and quality standards are met across the facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Verify received and shipped items against packing lists, purchase orders, and other applicable documentation.
• Inspect incoming parts, materials, and units for damage, discrepancies, or inconsistencies.
• Open receivers and work orders in the Pentagon system.
• Take photographs of incoming parts, materials, and units to support receiving documentation and traceability.
• Process and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the company's system.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards, as well as applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with external carriers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
• Properly label, package, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with customer requirements, shipping instructions, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with inventory control by maintaining accurate records of received, stored, and shipped materials.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and shipping area.
• Identify and report damaged items, missing documentation, and shipping or receiving discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics duties as assigned.
