Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Leader to drive procurement, planning and materials management at our plant locations in Massachusetts. You will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with suppliers, production planners, and IT to optimize material flow from order through delivery, while maintaining data integrity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 6+ years experience.
• Proven team leadership for 2+ years and leading major projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, products and information systems.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and materials management including supplier evaluation and price negotiation.
• Coordinate production planning and MRP data ownership and accuracy.
• Monitor shipping/receiving and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize PHconnect, PFEP and S&OP systems for materials metrics.
• Define automated systems to plan material flow and delivery.
• Ensure material policies align with inventory objectives.
• Collaborate with divisional materials staff on purchasing processes.
• Support lean initiatives and Kanban across the division.
• Budget management and professional development for team.
