Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ PoR program management in Aviation/Aerospace/Defense
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; PMP preferred
• PMP certification or able to obtain within one year

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Team to achieve program success
• Organize program work using the program plan and monitoring approach
• Oversee cost, schedule and technical baseline within constraints
• Advance risk management with mitigation plans and reports
• Coordinate with PMO leadership to standardize processes
