Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Planner at our Los Angeles, CA facility to plan and coordinate material requirements, release work orders and manage shop floor priorities. The role ensures on-time delivery while maintaining inventory levels and supports the Master Schedule with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in supply chain planning, with SAP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two years experience in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations and/or shipping/receiving.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and expedite materials to support on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Release work orders and manage lead times to optimize inventory levels.
• Track items in SAP to ensure revenue and PD metrics.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain Master Schedule flow.
• Lead cross-functional shortage meetings and expediting where needed.
