Power Device Corporation (PDC) seeks a Business Development Manager in a remote-friendly role with up to 60% travel to engage customers across the aerospace and defense sectors. The candidate will lead strategic capture efforts, develop growth plans, and coordinate with engineering and sales to align roadmaps with customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of defense/avionics sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and a proven record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA a plus.
• 5-10 years of broad business knowledge with depth of expertise in sales within the aerospace and defense industry.
• Excellent sales experience in aerospace and/or defense electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develops Business Strategy by analyzing markets and competitive data to create win strategies.
• Drives Sales by leading customer visits, coordinating resources, and building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Forecasts Opportunities by tracking lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation and order booking.
