The Tennessee Board of Regents System Office seeks a Senior Advisor for Research and Innovation to lead cross-functional projects turning data and research into actionable insights. You will convene stakeholders across colleges and system units, define common concepts, and develop reusable data resources for AI-enabled analytics.

You will guide transformations in dashboards, reports, and communication channels, with a focus on building a coherent data footprint and preparing for enterprise

Formación

• Graduate degree in higher education, public policy, organizational leadership, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, research or data initiatives, enterprise projects, or comparable cross-functional work.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple organizational units, stakeholder groups, and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, building consensus, and translating diverse perspectives into decisions, recommendations, shared resources, or implementation plans.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders and technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of high-priority research and data transformation initiatives.
• Develop shared data and research resources with colleges and partners, facilitating stakeholder discussions and plan adoption.
• Redesign how TBR organizes and shares research, data, and insights for a modern, coherent footprint.
• Coordinate preparation for responsible AI-enabled analytics and data access.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, presidents, cabinets, and partners; design engagement processes and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
