Remote | Success-Based | Advisory Role

Khoshbin Capital is a boutique investment bank focused on private market M&A and capital raises. We’ve built a steady stream of inbound deal flow across sectors like tech, AI, and fintech — and we’re now looking for a few more seasoned advisors to help us evaluate, shape, and execute on active mandates.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on live deals — both capital raises and sell-side M&A

• Join calls with clients, investors, or acquirers (if desired)

• Bring judgment, market knowledge, and structured insight

• Support our internal team through diligence and deal positioning

What We’re Not Looking For:

Cold deal originators — we already generate strong inbound deal flow

We need advisors with real experience to help guide and sharpen execution

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance

• Track record advising or operating in growth-stage environments

• Credibility and confidence in high-level client or investor discussions

• Open to performance-based, flexible engagement

Compensation:

• No base salary – perfect for professionals who want leveraged upside without the hours of a full-time seat
