Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is seeking an Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator II to lead outreach to prospective and admitted students across Northeast Wisconsin. You will use CRM tools, coordinate events, and provide individualized admissions and academic advising to help students envision their futures with UW‑Green Bay.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database) and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and/or lead a program area.
• Engages in extensive outreach and recruitment events, representing the university to prospective students.
• Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events.
• Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications according to established policies and procedures.
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals.
• Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences.
• Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission.
• Counsels prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, student personnel, higher education or related field at time of application
