In this highly visible role, you will leverage CRM technology, targeted communications, outreach partnerships, and engaging recruitment events to attract and enroll the next generation of Phoenix students. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, develop innovative recruitment strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver compelling messaging that reflects UW-Green Bay's brand as a university on the rise. Guided by our core values to **Advance Fearlessly, Empower Success, Provision Access, Build Community, and Express Gratitude**, you will help students see what is possible through higher education because at UW-Green Bay, **Together, We Rise.**## **Key Job Responsibilities:*** May supervise staff and/or lead a program area* Engages in extensive outreach and recruitment events, representing the university to prospective students* Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events* Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications according to established policies and procedures* Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution* Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement* Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals* Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences* Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission* Counsels prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities## **Department:**Admissions## **Compensation:**Compensation Range of $44,739 - $46,226 This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). ## **Required Qualifications:*** Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, database) and the Internet.## **Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in counseling, student personnel, higher education or related field at time of application* Proficiency in speaking and reading in a second language, preferably Spanish, Hmong Somali or Oneida* Experience with software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Image Now that support Admissions processes**Conditions of Employment:**This position may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule, subject to approved telecommuting request. Travel throughout Wisconsin to high schools, college fairs, community events, and other educational institutions is required. This position will occasionally require evening and weekend hours to support recruitment activities. Rental vehicles are available for business travel, and lodging and meals per diem are provided in accordance with university travel policies and the travel schedule.The home campus of this position is Green Bay and the successful candidate may occasionally be required to travel to or work at the Marinette, Sheboygan or Manitowoc Campus, based on operational needs. A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s). In addition, if the final selected candidate has prior work history within the last 7 years with Universities of Wisconsin, a personnel file review check for employee misconduct will be completed. A six-month probationary period is required for this position.
