Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Master’s degree in music, dance, theatre, arts administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience supervising professional staff and student employees.
• Experience with Slate or similar CRM and donor-funded awards.
• Experience building budgets and allocating scholarship funds.

• Strategic recruitment and enrollment planning with annual targets.
• Plan and manage scholarship allocations across programs.
• Directly supervise Admissions Manager and Scholarship Coordinator.
• Draft and monitor the annual Admissions budget and approvals.
• Oversee Slate CRM administration and annual cycle prep meetings.
• Lead audition-cycle planning and staff scheduling for all days.
• Coordinate marketing collateral and admissions web content with marketing teams.
• Participate in committees and assist with special projects.
