Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications require an undergraduate degree in music.
• Preferred Qualifications include a graduate degree and 1+ year of private lesson teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach 16/18 weeks per semester and 6-9 weeks each summer session.
• Explain studio and Academy policies and session dates to students.
• Recruit and build studios in good faith to promote the Academy.
• Maintain regular contact with students regarding attendance, scheduling, and milestones.
• Prepare students for end-of-semester performances and juries.
• Submit attendance and lesson reports weekly.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on room scheduling and equipment needs.
