Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Three plus years of experience in higher education, marketing, or a communications field.
Experience in educational counseling or administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment and yield strategies to achieve JD enrollment goals, including the Hybrid JD program.
Analyze recruitment, application, and enrollment trends to adjust strategies for better outcomes.
Cultivate pipelines through outreach, events, information sessions, and campus visits.
Collaborate with Admissions leadership to adjust strategies based on priorities.
Represent the law school at recruitment events nationwide and travel as needed.
Counsel prospective students on admissions and Hybrid JD options.
