University System of New Hampshire is seeking a Lead Development and Strategy Manager for the Admissions Department to drive recruitment, engagement, and matriculation of prospective students for the JD program, including the Hybrid JD track.
The role leads admissions communications, CRMs (Slate, Workday), and collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize messaging, yield, and student retention through data-informed strategies.
Working as a member of the Admissions Department, the Lead Development and Strategy Manager is responsible for the recruitment, engagement, and matriculation of qualified prospective students. This position provides strategic leadership in planning and implementing admissions communications and recruitment initiatives, and coordinates closely with other institutional partners to ensure consistent, effective messaging. This person oversees admissions communications and engagement efforts that support recruitment, yield, and student retention, including the strategic use and optimization of CRM platforms and related technologies. Working collaboratively with internal and external partners, this person develops and advances innovative, data-informed, and student-centered recruitment and admissions strategies that support the law school’s enrollment goals.

Compensation Pay Range:
$47,920.00 - $85,410.00
