Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years progressively responsible experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with complex strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Experience in managing relationships and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner: develop and implement the organization’s strategy with leaders and staff.
• University Citizen: align priorities and advocate for organizational needs at the University level.
• Financial Analyst and Advisor: provide comprehensive financial information and long-range plans.
• Risk Management Administrator: strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Talent Manager and Developer: recruit, develop, and retain staff per policies.
• Administrative Services Leader: oversee admin/financial services and drive improvements.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
