Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in an administrative role or AA degree with 6+ years experience.
• Experience planning meetings and coordinating travel.
• Significant experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Scientist for Quantum Research.
• Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, and travel arrangements.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, briefs, and presentations with attention to audience and urgency.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to assist drafting, summarization, and workflow improvements while protecting sensitive information.
• Coordinate visitors, onsite workshops, and related events; manage office operations.
