Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a Sr. Director of DOE Laboratory Partnerships to drive collaboration with DOE National Laboratories and to identify, develop and deploy quantum computing use cases aligned with DOE missions in energy, security, and science.

You will lead strategic lab engagements, coordinate CRADAs and SPPs, and translate DOE requirements into actionable quantum roadmaps for our US-based efforts while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a STEM field with strong DOE/lab ecosystem experience.
• 10+ years in DOE labs or federal R&D environments and quantum computing apps.
• Ability to translate complex DOE requirements into actionable quantum roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic lab engagements with DOE National Labs and lab directors.
• Coordinate CRADAs, SPPs, and joint research proposals with DOE partners.
• Identify DOE mission use cases and map to quantum algorithms and workflows.
• Report progress to stakeholders and develop government-relevant applications.
