Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer and coordinate the Brand, Marketing and Communications division.

The role manages calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and project coordination, ensuring confidential information is handled discreetly and aligned with museum style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, arts administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of administrative experience supporting executives.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CCMO’s complex calendar and schedule across internal and external partners.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, room reservations, catering, and materials.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Assist with travel arrangements and related documentation.
• Maintain organizational templates, branded materials, and divisional communication tools.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new team members and assist with events and special projects.
