Job summary

Nexxen International in Florida is seeking a high-performing senior seller to join our South Strategic Sales Team. You will own and grow a strategic portfolio of Independent Agency and Brand Direct partnerships, driving net new business across the region and building executive relationships to shape media strategy.

You will sell across Nexxen's solutions, stay ahead of AI and programmatic trends, lead complex sales cycles, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling digital advertising, programmatic media, CTV, or ad tech solutions.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue goals through new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic channels (CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, DSP/SSP) and data.
• Strong agency network with credibility for executive partnerships; Brand Direct experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic-thinking skills in complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a strategic portfolio of Independent Agency and Brand Direct relationships, driving new business.
• Prospect, develop, and close opportunities in the FL region.
• Build executive-level relationships and position Nexxen as a long-term partner.
• Sell across Nexxen's portfolio: DSP, CTV, OLV, Display, data, and AI capabilities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close and long-term growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Leadership.
