Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Consultant – Acquisitions & Strategy to lead at the intersection of marketing, data, analytics, and technology. The role focuses on driving roadmaps for CDP, audience, measurement, and decisioning within the Bread ecosystem, prioritizing strategic leadership over hands-on platform work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ financial services implementation experience or related technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Understanding of marketing campaign execution activities.
• Strong ability to interact with senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and define a vision.
• Excellent oral and written communications; strong business writing skills.
• Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience.
• Gather requirements and translate to actionable work for Acxiom teams.
• Experience across Product, Architecture, Technology, and Business.
• Ability to influence priorities across stakeholders.
• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives across data, audience, measurement and decisioning.
• Align stakeholders across Bread ecosystem and external vendors.
• Advise on evolution of data and marketing technology capabilities.
• Define future-state strategies for acquisition, engagement and growth.
• Advance CDP roadmap and Phase 2 use cases.
• Partner with analytics to improve measurement and insights.
