Job summary

Acquisition Professionals LLC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact and oversee the management, staffing, quality control, and successful execution of acquisition support services. The PM supervises contract specialists, manages workload, and ensures pre-award, award, and post-award activities are completed on time and in compliance with FAR.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Provide overall management, direction, and oversight of contract operations and personnel.
Ensure all contract requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are achieved within established schedules and quality standards.
Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain service levels.
Direct cradle-to-grave acquisition support activities performed by contract specialists.
Ensure acquisition actions comply with applicable FAR, HHSAR, CDC policies, procedures, and acquisition best practices.
Prepare and review weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain positive working relationships with contracting officers, CORs, acquisition teams, and program offices.
