Hive Group, LLC seeks a senior Acquisition & Program Management Analyst to advise and support the Missile Defense Agency at Dahlgren, VA. On-site role with potential telework per contract.

The ideal candidate will lead risk management, acquisition planning, and executive communications, coordinating with external partners and internal boards to drive decisions and track actions across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field.
• Must possess and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of ten (10) years supporting DoD Programs or comparable operations as an acquisition/program analyst.
• At least five (5) years in DoD Program Management with executive-level analysis and staff coordination.
• Experience preparing acquisition strategies for ASP and ASB or equivalent.
• Experience reviewing, processing, and formulating acquisition strategy products.

Responsabilités

• Provide agency-wide and program-specific expert advice, analysis, and support to acquisitions and programs.
• Conduct comprehensive programmatic and acquisition analysis across the lifecycle for major weapon systems and services.
• Ensure acquisition strategies are prepared and optimized for formal ASP/ASB review.
• Direct core acquisition functions including baseline support, risk management, and planning.
• Perform advanced analytic tasks to enable data-driven decisions for senior leadership.
• Advise leadership and execute complex special projects and ad-hoc reports.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps and drive workflow improvements.
• Serve as ASP secretariat and support ASB and agency boards.
• Maintain master library of ASP/ASB briefings and decisions with strict data handling.
• Author and present complex briefing materials for headquarters staff.
• Provide high-level support for internal/external leadership forums and coordination.
• Support engagements with defense industry partners and other agencies.
• Deliver weekly executive reports, manage minutes, and prep read-aheads.
• Manage official agency action tracker and ensure tasks are completed.
• Oversee document tracking, deadlines, and internal reviews of contracting documents.
