We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic Senior Acquisition & Program Management Analyst to provide agency-wide advisory and programmatic support to our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) client at Dahlgren, VA. This critical role serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving high-visibility decisions across the complete acquisition lifecycle for major weapon systems and services.
The successful candidate will direct core acquisition functions—including risk management, baseline support, and comprehensive planning—while optimizing overarching strategies for formal review before Acquisition Strategy Panels (ASP) and Acquisition Strategy Boards (ASB).
The position demands an expert communicator capable of authoring complex executive briefings, managing high-visibility engagements with external defense industry partners, and driving agency action trackers to successful completion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a cleared, senior-level DoD acquisition professional to shape data-driven decision-making and implement strategic workflow improvements.
Work Location: This position is performed on-site at Naval Support Facility (NSF) 17211 Avenue D, Suite 160, Dahlgren, VA. Regular on-site attendance is required to support customer and contract requirements. Telework may be available based on contract requirements and customer approval.
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $160,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience relative to area benchmarks.
