Hive Group seeks a Senior Acquisition & Program Management Analyst to advise senior executives on DoD acquisitions for the Missile Defense Agency at Dahlgren, VA. This on-site role focuses on risk management, lifecycle analysis, and strategic workflow improvements across ASP and ASB processes.

You will author executive briefings, coordinate high-visibility engagements with industry partners, and drive action trackers to successful completion, supporting data-driven decision-making and contract

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years supporting DoD programs or equivalent acquisition/program analysis.
• 5+ years in DoD Program Management providing strategic-level analysis, executive communications, and staff coordination.
• Experience preparing acquisition strategies for ASP/ASB or equivalents.
• Experience reviewing and formulating acquisition strategy products.

Aufgaben

• Provide agency-wide and program-specific expert advice, analysis, and support to Acquisitions and Programs.
• Conduct lifecycle programmatic and acquisition analysis for major weapon systems and services.
• Ensure acquisition strategies are prepared and optimized for ASP/ASB reviews.
• Direct core acquisition functions including baseline support, risk management, and planning.
• Prepare executive-level briefings and manage agency action trackers to completion.
• Oversee ASP/ASB briefings and maintain the master library of decisions and data.
