Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Acquisition & Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Navy SSP SP25 Infrastructure Branch at Maritime Plaza with regular travel to the Washington Navy Yard.

The role includes handling acquisition documentation, financial management, and collaboration with program managers, contracting officers, engineers, logisticians, and the financial comptroller. The candidate should have a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of finance/contractual-focused experience in support of DoD/gov customers.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SP25 Infrastructure Branch of SSP with acquisition documentation and financial management.
• Collaborate with SSP and external stakeholders to track, support, and close out milestones.
• Develop financial monitoring tools and create status reports and acquisition documentation such as PSTRAP.
