Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in accounting, external financial reporting, or finance roles.
CPA license preferred and banking/financial services experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage ACL disclosure processes for internal and external reporting (SEC/regulatory).
Oversee ACL backtesting to support quarterly governance with senior leadership.
Act as subject matter expert for ACL and related metrics.
Communicate ACL results to stakeholders quarterly.
Lead reporting projects and set team agenda.
Develop and mentor audit-ready team performance.
Collaborate with risk management and finance partners on processes.
