Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking an Academic Accreditation Analyst to evaluate program effectiveness and advise management on accreditation-related improvements.

The role supports the Office of the Provost and reports to the Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation. Responsibilities include coordinating accreditation activities across multiple organizations, reviewing reports, and maintaining accreditation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Social Science; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience required.

Responsibilities

Provides accreditation support for twenty-three organizations that accredit USU; supports planning and review of programs to ensure compliance with accreditation policies.
Reviews and evaluates reports, proposals, or staff work for evaluation and decision-making; ensures alignment with policies and goals.
Coordinates administrative actions including travel, budget submissions, and procurement; maintains records and evidence for accreditation.
Maintains digital repository of accreditation evidence; updates syllabi, CVs and other evidentiary documents.
Supports data governance and assessments to assist senior leaders in data-informed decision making.
