Job summary

The Sr Education Coordinator at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine supports the School of Medicine's Medicine department in Bethesda, MD, coordinating class scheduling, enrollment, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as supervising internal medicine clerkship administrator for affiliated centers and directs the largest clerkship site at Walter Reed NMTC.
• Prepares schedules, coordinates facilities and materials, notifies participants of changes, and schedules monthly teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
• Reviews evaluations and prepares narrative reports analyzing knowledge, skills and professional behaviors to inform grades.
• Reviews registration and grading processes and resolves budget, procurement, and facilities issues.
• Maintains line-item budgets and prepares program reports and statistical analyses.
