Southworth International Group, Inc. in Manila, AR, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Quality Engineer to improve product and process quality for key accounts. You will translate customer requirements into inspection standards and work instructions, and support prototypes, run-offs, and field validation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in quality engineering, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• Degree in quality, industrial, or engineering preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in quality engineering or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with common office software (Excel, Word, Office).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a quality point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure customer quality expectations are understood and addressed.
• Support prototype builds and run-off activities to facilitate improvements.
• Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up to drive timely resolutions of customer-impacting issues.
• Provide on-site field support to validate design, application, installation, and quality solutions.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using root cause analysis.
