Job summary

Southworth International Group, located in Manila, AR, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support and improve product and process quality through data analysis, process development, and corrective actions. The role collaborates across production, inspection, suppliers, and quality teams to achieve established standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in quality, industrial, or engineering is preferred.
• 2+ years of quality engineering/quality assurance experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Proficient with basic office and analytical software.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision and flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop processes and technical work instructions for production requirements.
• Develop robust workflows and processes resulting in quality product.
• Develop and implement quality standards.
• Provide instruction for auditors and inspectors on areas of concern or improvement.
