Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as quality point of contact for strategic accounts and support cross-functional teams.
Support prototype builds and run-off activities.
Coordinate corrective actions and drive timely resolutions for customer-impacting issues.
Provide on-site field support to validate design, application, and quality initiatives.
Develop and implement quality standards and processes.
Monitor quality performance and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
Communicate defects and improvements to suppliers and Purchasing.
