Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Experience with payables administration, treasury operations, cash management, and banking structures.
• Strong Excel skills and cross-functional partnership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payables process, including invoice entry, approvals, and payments.
• Oversee treasury operations: cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investments.
• Assist management with cash flow forecasting and liquidity across entities; perform monthly reconciliations.
• Lead vendor onboarding, W-9s, 1099 reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, Operations, Legal, and HR to align treasury practices with business goals.
