Job summary

Cedar is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the AP lifecycle, treasury workflows, and cash management across multiple entities. You will work with Finance, Development, Operations, Legal, and HR to ensure accuracy, liquidity, and strong controls.

The role emphasizes hands-on vendor payments, banking operations, and process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in treasury or corporate finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of payables administration, treasury operations, cash management, and banking structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payables process, including invoice entry, approvals, and timely payment.
• Administer corporate credit-card and T&E program, including reimbursements and compliance.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, coding, documentation, and controls; manage vendor records.
