Job summary
Wealth Inc. is seeking a Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for our highest-value enterprise clients, including RIAs and broker-dealers. This dual role entails both providing a white-glove onboarding experience and developing the infrastructure and playbooks that will shape our onboarding function.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in enterprise onboarding within wealth management, demonstrates strategic thinking, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- Proven track record of building or scaling onboarding programs.
- Demonstrated success with strategic enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for strategic accounts and provide white-glove services.
- Build and own onboarding strategy, defining post-sale journey.
- Manage and develop the Onboarding team while ensuring client satisfaction.
