These services include labor productivity consultation, staffing of high-caliber craftsmen, and various training programs covering the U.S. territories. Our services help clients greatly improve workforce productivity while reducing labor costs.

Tradesmen International is seeking a full-time Strategic Account Executive ("SAE") to build relationships with significant Oil and Gas clients. The SAE will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing sales across all sectors of the Oil and Gas Industry, including Drilling and Production, Operations and Treatment, Pipelines and Transmission, Gas Plants, Meter and Pump Stations, Terminals and Tank Storage, Refined Products, LNG, Carbon Capture and Storage, Maintenance Outages, Turnarounds, and Long Term Service Agreements, aligning with company strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create and grow sales by meeting with key decision-makers and managing key accounts.

  2. Build and sustain strong long-term client relationships.

  3. Perform limited administrative functions critical to the sales process.

Job Requirements:

The SAE must work well in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proven track record. A "team player" attitude is essential. Candidates passionate about sales and commission-driven tend to excel and top income charts.

  • Extensive sales experience in a B2B environment.

  • Proven experience as a National or Key Account Manager.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or 5+ years of industry experience.

  • Standard computer skills — experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

  • This is a remote, field-based sales position.

  • Expected travel: Up to 50%
