We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Executive to join our team and help us achieve our mission of becoming an industry leader. You must live in either Indiana or Ohio to be qualified for this position. While you work remotely, you often travel to customers or our Data Center locations within your assigned markets.

What you'll do:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the assigned territory for all US Signal business market segments. The position will work with the US Signal sales teams to develop and qualify opportunities as well as to develop new prospects through their own networks and relationships. The suite of services includes US Signal Multi-Cloud products and services, traditional Managed Services, Storage, BaaS, Network Access, Network Management, and other offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end sales activities for the assigned region, collaborating with US Signal sales teams and developing new Cloud Services prospects independently.
  • Recruit, develop, and train an agent base, including Value Added Resellers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Serve as an expert in Cloud Services technology, guiding US Signal account teams and prospects in leveraging this technology to enhance their data center/IT strategies.
  • Qualify opportunities effectively to maximize return on time and resources, considering factors like financial status, growth potential, and outsourcing propensity.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients at an executive level to advance sales and increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to stay informed about upcoming enhancements and train customers and teams accordingly.
  • Participate in community and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide various reports including top opportunities, weekly progress, monthly forecasts, account reviews, Salesforce updates, and ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/solution selling B2B sales roles; experience in selling complex IT infrastructure solutions is preferred.
  • Proven success in applying consultative selling techniques.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • High energy and drive.
