Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead relationships with our most strategic, high-value clients.

You will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across laboratories, coordinate with sales, operations, quality, and finance, and drive growth while protecting retention. In this role you will develop strategic account plans, monitor performance, manage escalations, and partner with leadership to align capacity and service delivery with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, environmental science, chemistry, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or related B2B leadership roles.
• Experience managing large, national, or multi-location customer relationships preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary corporate relationship owner for assigned strategic, national, high-value accounts.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans with priorities, risks, opportunities, and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and future needs.
• Coordinate across lab operations, sales, customer service, quality, finance, IT, logistics, and other departments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure accountability for customer commitments across locations.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and strategic proposals as appropriate.
