Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science required.
• 10 years of prior commercial laboratory experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to analyze and report technical data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability of multiple laboratories through financial and resource management.
• Lead operations for processing samples, consulting clients, and research support.
• Establish and monitor criteria for operations, production, purchasing, record keeping, reporting, safety, waste handling and client management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and communicate laboratory capabilities.
