You will collaborate with finance, operations, and client teams, maintaining reports, dashboards, and timely communications. Strong Excel and VMS experience are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years in a healthcare staffing environment or related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in Excel.
• VMS systems experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations.
• Effective prioritization & multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Disposition to function in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Displays a strong sense of urgency with the ability to self-motivate and remain flexible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teammates to drive business and optimize operations for key clients.
• Gathers data, develops, audits and maintains reports, and sends client and internal communications.
• Supports the Business Development team to aid overall goals.
• Meets deadlines and provides backup to team members as needed.
• Performs additional duties as requested by management.
