Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Strategic Accounts Coordinator to work with our Strategic Accounts and Operations/Specialty teams to drive business with top clients. You will handle reporting, credentialing, analysis, and process improvements, delivering updates and key metrics to internal teams to help meet performance targets.

The role supports real-time analysis for dynamic client staffing and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years in a healthcare staffing environment or related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in Excel; VMS systems experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under stress.
• Effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Disposition to function in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Displays a strong sense of urgency with self-motivation and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business and optimize operations for key clients.
• Gather data and metrics, develop and audit reports, and maintain client/internal communications.
• Support the Business Development team to meet organizational goals.
• Meet required deadlines and provide backup as needed.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
