Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Finance - Logistics to support all Finance, Accounting, and FP&A activities for the Warehousing function. You will work with Warehouse Finance and Operations leaders to communicate results and drive value-added analysis across the network.

The role emphasizes standardizing and modernizing processes, leading a team, and partnering with senior leadership to achieve cost and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting or related Supply Chain - Logistics roles (preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to support decisions.
• Experience in supervising direct reports and working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls for warehousing financial processes, including month-end and quarter-end close.
• Provide value-added financial analysis for network optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare forecasts and KPIs; drive actions to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with BU Finance partners to ensure initiatives and KPI targets are met.
• Consolidate and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly FP&A analyses for Warehouse operations.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to improve processes across the network.
