Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Accounting Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role oversees day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for a multi-brand, multi-unit restaurant organization.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure GAAP compliance across entities. The position requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience), 7+ years of accounting with 2+ in supervision, and experience with restaurant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years accounting experience including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple entities/locations.
• Own the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and depreciation entries.
