Jobot is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance function and partner with executive leadership to improve profitability and financial processes.

The role oversees GAAP compliance, monthly closings, KPI development, and continuous process improvement across accounting operations. This leadership position offers visibility across the organization and opportunities to influence pricing and financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and manage accounting staff.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Analyze profitability, margins, pricing, and operating performance.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve financial performance.
